Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the BlueMic application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BlueMic is a mobile application that transforms your iPhone into a wireless microphone, allowing you to stream audio to Bluetooth-enabled devices with professional audio filters and effects.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Subscription Plans

BlueMic offers the following subscription plans:

• Weekly Plan: $4.99 per week with a 7-day free trial
• Annual Plan: $39.99 per year

3.2 Free Trial

New subscribers to the Weekly Plan are eligible for a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.

3.3 Payment and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use BlueMic only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your use of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. All audio processing occurs on your device, and no audio data is transmitted to our servers. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Intellectual Property

BlueMic and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by TlinkCloud and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any defects in the App will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TlinkCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TlinkCloud from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms and, if appropriate, providing additional notice within the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TlinkCloud regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
